Are You Being Present NOW?

It’s crunch time on my trip as work and cash flow has dried up and I’ve had a couple of unforeseen situations that have brought me to a fork in the road a decision to be made the next couple of weeks:

1. Work/cash comes in and the adventure continues.
2. It doesn’t and I go home.

I’ve made peace with either scenario and I’m cool with whatever direction I have to take, they’re both a win win situation which I’m really grateful for, but it hasn’t stopped me wanting to know what’s next and getting caught up in my thoughts!!

Which has led me to today’s video and the beauty of the present moment, which helps you let go of needing to know because you’re consumed with what is in front of you, right here, right now.

If I let myself get consumed with wondering what’s next then I’ll miss this beautiful present moment. Blink and you might miss out…
